Return & Refund Policy – YouLove

At YouLove, every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely. Since many of our items are handcrafted floral creations, we maintain a clear and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Important Note About Our Flowers & Bouquets

Most YouLove bouquets and flowers are handcrafted using pipe cleaners, a soft and flexible craft material. Pipe cleaner flowers are designed to look beautiful while remaining lightweight and adjustable.

Because of their flexible nature:

  • Leaves, petals, or stems may slightly bend during shipping.

  • This is normal and not considered damage.

If this happens, the flowers can easily be reshaped by gently bending them back into position.

✔ In such cases, our team will happily guide you through reshaping the bouquet via video assistance or WhatsApp support.

Returns or refunds will NOT be provided for minor bending or shape changes, since the material is intentionally flexible and adjustable.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged, or

  • You received a wrong item.

No other reasons will qualify for return or exchange.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return, exchange, or damage claim, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show:

  • The sealed outer package with the shipping label clearly visible

  • The parcel being opened from the sealed condition

  • The product inside the box

  • The damaged or wrong item clearly highlighted

Without a proper unboxing video, we will NOT be able to process any return, exchange, or refund request.

Any parcel that appears tampered with or opened before recording the video will not be eligible for claims.


Missing Items

If any product from your order is missing, we will take one of the following actions after verification:

  • Reship the missing item, or

  • Issue a refund for that particular item


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share the unboxing video with our support team.

  3. Our team will review the claim and respond with the next steps.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • An item from your order is missing

Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

If you do not see the refund after this time, please contact our support team.


Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund

We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • You do not like the product after delivery

  • Minor bending of flowers, leaves, or stems (since pipe cleaner flowers are flexible and adjustable)

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance, or contests

  • Requests to return individual items from combo products or gift boxes
